The Daley Law Team

Paul F. Daley is a United States Air Force veteran who retired from military service after 21 years on active duty. Mr. Daley practices in the area of bankruptcy law, fair debt collection, loan modification, foreclosure defense and mortgage modification.
With 15 years of experience as both a prosecutor and defense attorney, Mr. Feinswog represents adult and Juvenile Daley Law clients in criminal cases of all felony and misdemeanor crimes, all driving offenses including DUI, any type of drug charge, and all crimes against persons and/or property from simple theft and battery to strong arm robbery and attempted murder.
Attorney Blake Stewart practices contractual and transactional law, specializing in equipment supply, service, and construction contracts. Blake has worked extensively in matters involving international trade negotiations, U.S. Export Compliance, intellectual property, and confidentiality in the power generation, electronics, and supply chain industry.

Colleen Daley, Legal Assistant

COLLEEN DALEY had been a military spouse for more than 20 years, so she understands the needs and issues of veterans, as well as active and reserve military members. Mrs. Daley has worked with several bankruptcy law firms and attorneys who file Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies for clients. She also assisted attorneys in different areas of practice such as workers compensation, wills, trusts and probate. Currently pursuing her formal education as a paralegal in the degree program at Eastern Florida State College, Ms. Daley currently assists clients with short sales, loan modifications and mortgage mediation, in addition to normal bankruptcy filing duties.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Mrs. Daley still supports her beloved Pittsburgh Penguins and maintains her enthusiasm for other Pittsburgh-based teams. Having lived in Arkansas, Colorado, and California, she currently resides in Viera, Florida, with her husband and two children. Contact Mrs. Daley at 321.504.9935.

Ashley Dudley, Legal Assistant

ASHLEY DUDLEY is a Legal Assistant to Criminal Defense Attorney David A. Feinswog. She helps clients throughout Brevard County collect and prepare documents required for Criminal Defense, DUI, Family Law, and Foreclosure cases. Ms. Dudley fills in as a receptionist when needed. Her duties also include greeting our clients who arrive for their free consultations, scheduling hearings, coordinating mediations and scheduling appointments our clients.

Born in Ohio, Ms. Dudley has lived in Florida for more than 26 years and graduated from Rockledge High School. She currently resides in Merritt Island. She is mom to a kindergartener and a pre-schooler who both attend St. Mary’s School in Rockledge, FL. A big Florida Gators fan, who previously worked as a childcare provider,
Ms. Dudley has been employed in the legal field since 2009.

As part of the Daley Law team, Ms. Dudley helps serve clients from across Brevard County and beyond, including Cocoa, Cocoa Beach, Viera, Rockledge, Merritt Island, Melbourne, and Palm Bay.

Amy Stafford, Florida Registered Paralegal

AMY STAFFORD is a Florida Registered Paralegal who
has assisted attorneys in the practice areas of consumer bankruptcy, estate planning, estate administration and personal injury since 2000. She is dedicated to providing excellent client service and detail-focused personalized attention. Amy graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from American Public University. She had previously earned an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting at Northwest Florida State College. Amy’s long-range plans include pursuing a Master of Science in Legal Studies as well as certification with the American Bar Association and the National Association of Paralegal Assistants (NALA). Ms. Stafford frequently volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and other area programs.

Born in Lubbock, Texas, Ms. Stafford, who was a long-term military dependent, understands life as a member of the military community, as well as the unique legal issues affecting military families; Ms. Stafford’s husband retired from active duty in 2012.

Desiré Stewart, MBA

Desiré Stewart is part of the marketing force for the Daley Law Group.  She is most likely the person you recognize from leads groups and small business events around the county.
