Paul F. Daley is a United States Air Force veteran who retired from military service after 21 years on active duty. Mr. Daley practices in the area of bankruptcy law, fair debt collection, loan modification, foreclosure defense and mortgage modification.
Mr. Daley graduated summa cum laude from Columbia College, with dual bachelor of science degrees in Business Management and Computer Information Systems. A member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, he was awarded a juris doctorate by Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida. Shortly before retiring from military service, Mr. Daley was admitted to the Florida Bar and subsequently to the District of Columbia Bar. He then established a practice in Rockledge, Florida, and relocated to Viera, FL in 2012.
As a member of the U.S. Air Force, Mr. Daley conducted briefings for members of the U.S. Congress, as well as commanding generals and ambassadors of foreign countries. While on active duty, he was deployed north of the Arctic Circle, in Cambridge Bay, Canada, as well as Korea (two tours) and on the continent of Africa in Botswana, South Africa, the Ivory Coast and the Central African Republic.
His professional memberships include The Florida Bar, The District of Columbia Bar, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, American Bar Association, Brevard County Bar Association, Central Florida Bankruptcy Association and National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
An active member of the Brevard community and the Cocoa Beach Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Daley also volunteers as a guardian ad litem, representing at-risk children of parents who are going through the court system.
Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, he has resided in Texas, Arkansas, Colorado and California over the years. Mr. Daley, who now resides Melbourne, FL, has called Florida home since 1999. With his wife, Colleen, together they raised a son and a daughter, who are graduates of Rockledge High School and Viera High School. A science fiction fan, Mr. Daley also plays ice hockey and cheers for the Pittsburgh Penguins.
