Colleen Daley, Legal Assistant
COLLEEN DALEY had been a military spouse for more than 20 years, so she understands the needs and issues of veterans, as well as active and reserve military members. Mrs. Daley has worked with several bankruptcy law firms and attorneys who file Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies for clients. She also assisted attorneys in different areas of practice such as workers compensation, wills, trusts and probate. Currently pursuing her formal education as a paralegal in the degree program at Eastern Florida State College, Ms. Daley currently assists clients with short sales, loan modifications and mortgage mediation, in addition to normal bankruptcy filing duties. Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Mrs. Daley still supports her beloved Pittsburgh Penguins and maintains her enthusiasm for other Pittsburgh-based teams. Having lived in Arkansas, Colorado, and California, she currently resides in Viera, Florida, with her husband and two children. Contact Mrs. Daley at 321.504.9935. Amy Stafford, Florida Registered Paralegal
AMY STAFFORD is a Florida Registered Paralegal who has assisted attorneys in the practice areas of consumer bankruptcy, estate planning, estate administration and personal injury since 2000. She is dedicated to providing excellent client service and detail-focused personalized attention. Amy graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from American Public University. She had previously earned an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting at Northwest Florida State College. Amy’s long-range plans include pursuing a Master of Science in Legal Studies as well as certification with the American Bar Association and the National Association of Paralegal Assistants (NALA). Ms. Stafford frequently volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and other area programs. Born in Lubbock, Texas, Ms. Stafford, who was a long-term military dependent, understands life as a member of the military community, as well as the unique legal issues affecting military families; Ms. Stafford’s husband retired from active duty in 2012.
